Usage

After activation and configuring the module, you can see Purchase Orders menu in Sales menu on the main side bar where you can manage the whole purchase orders on the system.

Purchase order menu is also added to customer profile tabs where you can easily manage purchase orders for a particular customer.

Each project related purchase orders are easily accessible from the project Sales tab.

Custom fields support - extend the purchase order details and items through the custom fields.

Creating and Conversion

• Purchase order can be created from an estimate i.e you can convert an estimate to a purchase order
• Purchase order can be converted to a delivery note (when the delivery note module is installed)
• A purchase order can also be converted into an invoice.

Note: an estimate might only be converted to either an invoice or a purchase order or delivery note.
