Since v0.2.7 the tenant deploy speed have been greatly improving taking about 10 seconds only on average to deploy a tenant.
However, you can improve this further by enabling cache option (SaaS > Settings > Tenant Seed) if you are running Perfex on remote database and also have your tenant deployed to remote databases or when you have a huge seeding table option selected.
Note that the performance gain of enabling the cache option might only be noticable when using remote db on both side (Perfex installation and tenant deploy) or when you have heavy seeding tenant tables.
When using remote database, its very important that your server is in the same region as the remote database for optimal speed.
