To install a module after activating the saas module, you simply follow the normal procedure and guidance provided by the module author.
In case you have any conflicting issue which is caused by the SaaS module, its generally safe to deactivate the SaaS module, activate your desired plugin and re-activate the SaaS plugin.
For modules that make changes to the database, you only need to ensure you have your cron job active (especially when using a single database single tenant DB scheme) for tenants to also receive the database update.
Some module have license verification in place, kindly following this guide for sharing the module info with the tenants including license or purchase key: https://docs.perfextosaas.com/readme/tenant-module-verficiation-error-one-of-your-modules-failed-its-verification/
Thanks.
