Please note that modules are installed for the tenant through the cron job. Kindly allow a few minutes for the cron to run, and you should see the module reflected in the tenant account.
For certain modules, a verification process is required. In such cases, it’s essential to activate the module on the super instances and share the validation credentials of the modules in the package shared settings as outlined in our guide: Module Verification Guide
If you have followed the above steps and are still facing issues, such as modules not appearing in tenant account, there may potentially be an issue with the module setup process.
To troubleshoot this further, please visit the tenant cron URL directly with the setup=1 query parameter. For example, for a tenant with the slug ‘demo1’, visit: https://demo1.yourperfexdomain.com/cron?setup=1. Kindly replace the URL with the necessary details if you have not set up the subdomain for tenants.
Visiting above address will show the process of setting up the module for the tenant.
